Customer Service Specialist (Temporary)

This person will assist with:

• Auditing resident and move-in files
• Completing inventory of our leasing office and maintenance shop
• Following up with residents regarding questions or maintenance requests
• Leasing including follow-up calls and tours
• Ensuring vacant units are ready for move-in

This is a temporary role expected to last several months with potential to move into other full-time regular roles within the company.

• High school diploma or GED

• Prior role in customer service or hospitality

The compensation range for this role is $21 - $25 / month plus quarterly bonuses.
