On-Site Assistant Community Manager

This is an on-site position supporting Royal Gardens, Alderwood Park Apartments, and Briarwood Apartments in Livermore, CA. The primary work location will be Royal Gardens, and this person will be required to live on-site at Alderwood Park with an apartment provided as part of compensation. 

Must haves:

• Bookkeeping/administrative background in real estate, hospitality, retail, or related field
• Management experience
• High school diploma or GED

Great to haves:

• Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, YieldStar
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

The compensation range for this role is $16 - $19 / hour plus housing. This also offers monthly leasing commissions and quarterly bonuses.
