On-Site Apartment Maintenance Manager

Must haves:

• Desire to lead

• Superior knowledge of home maintenance
• On call availability
• High school diploma or GED

Great to haves:

• General contractor, journeyman, electrician, or other skilled trade
• Knowledge of maintenance operations software
• Maintenance certification (if you don’t have it, we’ll help you get it)

This is an on-site role that requires this person to live at Sterling Heights Apartments with an apartment provided as part of the compensation package. The compensation range for this role is $20 - $25 / hour plus housing and quarterly bonuses.
