Floating Apartment Maintenance Specialist

Service Specialists at Sequoia provide support to various properties and keep our residents happy.

This position is supporting properties in the Portland region. It requires the ability to travel to our properties where you'll typically be for a day, or up to a couple of weeks depending on the need. This gives you an opportunity to build relationships with multiple teams and gain exposure to several communities and a wide range of service needs to help you grow your skillset and career.

• Understanding of basic areas of home maintenance

Great to haves:

• Prior experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation 


• Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, and groundskeeping

The compensation range for this role is $20 - $24 / hour plus quarterly bonuses.
